Heart pounding and hands shaking, I sub in. My first varsity game starts at match point. We are down 17-24. The serve, a shanked pass, and the game is lost. Nothing can hold me back from trying, which is the spirit I will bring to UW-Milwaukee in fall 2014 as a new freshman.
